Refund &
Ticket Transfer Policy

Please read this policy carefully before purchasing a ticket for any Breathe Pause Reset event.
1. No Refunds
All ticket purchases are final.
We do not offer refunds of any kind once a ticket has been purchased. This includes, but is not limited to:

Change of personal circumstances

Illness or injury
-
Travel disruption
-
Inability to attend for any reason
By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge and accept that all sales are non-refundable.
2. Ticket Transfers
Tickets may be transferred to another woman in business up to one (1) month before the event start date, subject to the following conditions:

The transfer must be requested by the original ticket holder

The replacement attendee must meet the event criteria

Transfers must be confirmed by us in writing
After this deadline, ticket transfers are not possible as event numbers, catering, and logistics will have been finalised.
3. How to Request a Transfer or Cancellation
To request a ticket transfer or to notify us that you can no longer attend, please email: jenbrattonva@gmail.com
Please include:

Your full name
-
Event name and date
-
The name and email address of the person you wish to transfer the ticket to (if applicable)
Requests received after the one-month transfer deadline will not be accepted.
4. Event Changes or Cancellation by Us
In the unlikely event that The Reset Agency must cancel or reschedule an event, ticket holders will be contacted directly with further information.
Any refunds or alternatives offered in this circumstance will be at our discretion.
5. Acceptance of Policy
By purchasing a ticket, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund & Ticket Transfer Policy.
